rock radio's most enduring hits. From It Feels Like the First Time on through to the '70s cruising anthems Juke Box Hero and Hot Blooded, it's a virtual catalogue of classic rock's most played songs. As the decades passed, ballads such as Waiting for a Girl Like You and the '80s megahit I Want to Know What Love Is demonstrated that Foreigner could musically evolve as well.n

war warlord rule criminality and anarchy No End In Sight is a jaw-dropping insider's tale of wholesale incompetence recklessness and venality. Based on over 200 hours of footage the film provides a candid retelling of the events following the fall of Baghdad in 2003 by high ranking officials such as former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage Ambassador Barbara Bodine Lawrence Wilkerson former Chief of Staff to Colin Powell and General Jay Garner as well as Iraqi civilians American soldiers and prominent analysts. No End In Sight examines the manner in which the principal errors of U.S. policy - the use of insufficient troop levels allowing the looting of Baghdad the purging of professionals from the Iraqi government and the disbanding of the Iraqi military - largely created the insurgency and chaos that engulf Iraq today. How did a group of men with little or no military experience knowledge of the Arab world or personal experience in Iraq come to make such flagrantly debilitating decisions? No End In Sight dissects the people issues and facts behind the Bush Administration's decisions and their consequences on the ground to provide a powerful look into how arrogance and ignorance turned a military victory into a seemingly endless and deepening nightmare of a war.
Advantages: John Williams still knows his Star Wars Disadvantages: Not as original as you'd hope and the last film cue
.... It is a most impressive piece and a great signature for the new movie.
The second new theme and the more important one, "Anakin's Theme", is perhaps even greater. The music is the complete opposite to the preceding number. It is shorter, there is no chorus, no great drama to be heard. Anakin's theme presents music that is at the same time innocent and wistful, but also strangely menacing underneath. It is led forward by mostly the strings, floating forward effortlessly, but at the end of each full sentence leads to an ingenious inversion to the opening strains of the Imperial March, hinting of what will ultimately happen. The innocent music returns for a moment, subdued this time, but ultimately the shadowy and haunting appearance of the Imperial March at the end provides the ending for a truly wonderful example of Williams' mastery of theme...

Advantages: Good Throughout, Brighter Side Disadvantages: Heaven Is A Bagpipe may annoy
...Right then.
Following on from the success (and immense over playing) of Heaven Is A Bagpipe, OPM released their album, titled Menace To Sobriety. It’s a fairly diverse album, and with my amazing lack of musical knowledge I can’t put my finger on what genre it falls in. So I guess I’ll just go through the tracks one by one, and draw my conclusions at the end.
Track One: Stash Up – Rap, from what I can tell. Fast paced, and thus a good opener. No real theme to the lyrics as far as I can tell – The track seems to be a chorus and a bridge (I have no idea if this is the right word or not, but I mean a bit that is repeated in the song that isn’t a chorus. I think) linked with some completely random rapping. Quite like this one.
Track Two: Interlude – Ummm…. This is just a tune...

Advantages: Funky Justine makes us feel good. Disadvantages: Some songs a tiny little bit dull.
...What a comeback! Elastica have shown us that they can rock as good as the rest of them once more. Although this album doesn't have the same feel as their first, it's certainly not inferior. In fact tracks such as "Mad Dog", "Generator" and "Da Da Da" are definitely superior to tracks of the previous release. The laid back feel of "Da Da Da" is pure rock genius, and the serenity of "My Sex" shows that Elastica are back! And kicking the asses of the critics who said they couldn't do it. Elastica are unique - and The Menace is highly recommended. Never before has such a piercingly good album been produced from Britain!...
