'No Mercy' is the sixth studio album from rapper T.I, and in my own opinion, is probably one of his best yet. It's no secret that T.I has been through struggles with the law both in the past and present, but his upbeat attitude and his determination to be a better person is so inspiring. It's easy for the majority of the public to hear about a rapper that is in jail or has been arrested and judge the person by his actions rather than his story or his music, but it's clear to see by listening to his lyrics and his struggles in life that this is a man that never makes excuses for his mistakes ... more

Background T.I. went through some turbulent times through 2007 to 2011. Soon after dropping his “T.I. vs. T.I.P.” album and finally affirming his position in the Rap game (after tussling it out for years and getting his break with “King”), he wound up getting himself caught up in a weapons charge. While he awaited sentencing, he dropped his “Paper Trail” album and it turned out to be one of his weakest offerings.
