Advantages: Pop-Punk Supergroup's adventurous new album. Experimental sounds and catchy rhythms.
Disadvantages: Not completely unique, Tom Delonge's (Ex-Blink 182) voice dodgy in places

...When Blink 182 split-up many people expected boxcar racer to reunite. However when Tom Delonge announced Angels and Airwaves he also said that it was not another side project, this was his new band. The long awaited album "We don't need to whisper" by Ex-Blink 182 frontman Tom Delonge's new supergroup Angels & Airwaves, (AvA for short), can be described as experimental-pop-punk. With the usual power chords that people have come to expect from Delonge mixed in with fancy guitar riffs and special effects they create not a new genre, but one which combines the best from numerous ones. All of the songs on the album have a more melodic feel than that of Blink, but there again this is not Blink. Advantages: Oasis back to their best
Disadvantages: It is a bit short

...been a better option), but that is what it's job is to get the album from A to B without any fuss. I am fond of it personally but others may hate it. 7.25/10. 3 - Lyla - The first single from the album and it is a very, very good song. The intro, the first verse and the chorus are fan-diddly-tastic! The song, however, doesn't really build on the foundations it laid in the first minute or two and it plods along very easily. It is one to relax to, it is one to dance to. You choose. On a side note, Lyla is apparently the second cousin of Sally from Don't Look Back In Anger! What a pointless bit of information! This will appeal to more than the britpop (i.e. the sensible) lovers. 8/10. 4 - Love Like A Bomb - The shortest song so far (2 mins 52 seconds), Liam Gallagher describes this as - "A song for the girls".
