Yves Saint Laurent's Touche Eclat has become known as the best highlighter money can buy, and that's not without reason. Yes, the brand name and packaging are appealing, but it's the miracle inside the shiny gold tube that you're paying for. And believe, me it's worth the money.
Before Touche Eclat, Yves Saint Laurent was not particularly well-known for its make-up line. Whilst many designer cosmetics are more style than substance, this is not true for Touche Eclat, which is more than a side-project for a major fashion house.
This product works as both a concealer, covering dark under-eye circles and as a highlighter, to accent areas such as cheekbones. The reason why it works so well is that it contains light reflecting particles with give your skin a natural, radiant glow, whereas other concealers and cover-ups effectively just ...
Advantages: Hides dark circles under eyes Disadvantages: A little on the pricey side
For years I walked around debenhams and all the high street stores, looking for a good concealer, but I must admit I was quite impressed when I tried the Yves Saint Laurent Touch Eclat in Shade 1.
I am in my 30's and too many late nights have taken its toll on my face, especially the bags under my eyes, but this concealer seems to do the business.
It banished dark circles under my eyes, and also was very good for concealing imperfections, the liquid formula is suitable for fair skins, I am a typical english rose with quite a reddish complexion with rosey cheeks, but this seemed to blend in nicely with my skintone.
This is definately a beauty product I would not be without, although its a little on the pricey side, sometimes I purchase mine off ebay, as you can usually get one off there for about £6.00 cheaper to the shops.
I ...
Advantages: the privacy, easy to store Disadvantages: only one design
This product is the perfect gift for a young teenage girl to help keep their private life a secret.
It ensures that all your secrets that you write in it are kept safe because of its voice recognition systm that only allows the user to open it. it is pretty and stylish and something that is nice to look at. it is a resonable size and shape and can be stored pretty much any where.
I myself being a teenaged girl has used this product and found it to be better than just a diary because i know that when i am not there that the journal cannot be opened by anyone else. this allows me to write down my feelings and the events that have happend each day without having to worry ' what if someone finds out what happened' or ' what if someone finds out how i feel.
There is also extra room in the password journal to to keep things such as ...

Also available in a 3-pack with INDIGO GIRLS and STRANGE FIRE. Indigo Girls: Amy Ray, Emily Saliers (vocals, guitars). Additional personnel: Michelle Malone, Gerard McHugh (vocals); Chris McGuire, Cooper Seay, John Jennings (guitar); Craig Edwards (fiddle); Bruce Dukov, Joel Derouin, Robert Becker, Larry Corbett, Suzie Katayama, Armen Garabedian, Michelle Zivahl, Fox, Sid Page, Berj Garabedian, David Campbell, Ilene Novi Novog, Daniel Smith (strings); Bryan Lilie, Jay Dee Daugherty, Michael Lorrant, Scott Bland (drums); The Louies (percussion). NOMADS INDIANS SAINTS is a fitting follow-up to INDIGO GIRLS. Amy Ray and Emily Saliers bring their talents and stunning musicianship to the fore in a collection with dynamic range and breadth. Scott Litt's polished production outshines that of the Indigo Girls' earlier albums. Ray and Saliers are known for their musicianship and exceptionally intricate harmonies, and both are in evidence throughout NOMADS INDIANS SAINTS. Standout performances include Saliers' lead guitar work and the Girls' vocal harmonies on "Welcome Me," "World Falls," and "1 2 3." The Saliers-penned "Watershed" continues to explore the philosophical themes of INDIGO GIRLS, but the album's most thought-provoking and extraordinary track is Ray's "Pushing the Needle Too Far." NOMADS INDIANS SAINTS will make you get out your guitar to strum and sing along with friends. Buy the songbook, too.

Rolling Stone (11/29/90) - 3.5 Stars - Very Good - "...perfect fall disc. It's hokey, fun, dark, happy and underlined with a sinister feel that makes your blood rush..." New York Times (11/18/90) - "...The Atlanta duo gives a post-feminist literacy to its explorations of relationships and emotions..." Stereo Review (1/91) - Performance "Bracing" / Recording "Excellent" - "...make a joyful noise with modest tools--songs, hands, voices, and a lot of heart. They are open, down to earth, vulnerable, and candidly real..."
