'Now That's What I Call Music' has been releasing popular albums since 1983, and always has a variety of music - although this is often just pop, soft pop and R'n'B.
I'm not going to list all the songs, but there are 44 in total, 22 on each of the 2 disks. You can see the full list here -
There are some really great songs - Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson's 'Valerie' for example and The Hoosier's 'Worried About Ray', even '1234' by Feist, made popular by the iTunes Nano advert.
Most of the the music though is pure chart- topping pop - 'Rule The World' by Take That' and 'Bleeding Love' by Leona Lewis - or R'n'B - 'Stronger' by Kanye West' and 'Beautiful Girls' by Sean Kingston. If you like that sort of thing, you'll love Now.
Personally I prefer more rock-y music, particularly indie bands who haven't been influenced or changed by the demands of mainstream pop music, so Now isn't for me.
However, I do see why many people like 'Now' - so many chart-toppers on 1 CD and I'll be buying it for my cousins.
Amazon - £11.98 Amazon Marketplace (as of 15th Feb) - £8.69 iTunes (only digital version, no case) - £15.99 HMV.com - £11.99 Play.com - £11.99 194u.com - £11.90
You'd get better ratings if you listed all the tracks on here and then talked a bit more about your favourites and those that you don't think are as good. Lexy
