Its just a list relating to drug deals making reference to the line, never get high on your own supply. Poor production that im sure has been used since Mr Scarface - Scarface. Ok i take it back this is the worst one. Originally released in 91 so its dated beats dont mix well with the up to date rap Streets Is Watching - Jay Z. Taken from Jay Z's In My Lifetime album. Dave Pearce Trance Anthems 2009 -Bumper trance classic collection

Advantages: packed full of hits, some lesser known, as well as a CD of new anthems in the making
Disadvantages: Heard them all before? Possibly! But we still love them

new to trance, some may be, or if you are looking for a walk down memory lane and haven't bought one of these albums in a few years you may just enjoy what Dave has blended together. The albums saving grace is CD 3 which does have a more up-to-date selection of club tracks for your aural enjoyment. So how does it breakdown? As i've said briefly, CD's 1 and 2 are made up of staple classic tracks from seminal trance artists such as Matt Darey, Chicane, Angelli & Nelson, Paul Van Dyk, Faithless, the list goes on! CD 3 brings us bang into 2009, or well more technically some of the tracks that were big towards the latter end of 2008. It would be unfair to judge this CD on the lack of real upfront 2009 tracks, having only been released 3 months into a new year. Timeless Classics

Advantages: Good range of drum and bass tunes. Lots of classics
Disadvantages: Bad if you are after the current style of drum and bass or dirty tunes.

I bought this cd one day after having a browse through a high street music shop. I came across it and started having a browse of the tunes on the cd. As a listener/dj of drum and bass, i recognised a few of these tunes and thought why not. There are a lot of timeless tunes all mixed by Goldie. Notice i say mixed, so if you are expecting the tunes to be played on their own, unmixed, in their original state then this is not for you. It is recorded as a constant mix. This cd is mainly more down tempo, more mellow drum and bass. So if you are expecting dirty tunes or grime, then again, this is not for you. Although saying this, this cd does feature Krust - Warhead, which as people into drum and bass will know, is a grimey tune.
