...A cd thats a couple of years old now but still fun to listen to. I mean this cd says its meant to help you through the housework but I personally dont think it really does,if anything it distracts you,because you just start singing along to all the great tracks this album has to offer, you get caught up in the music and completely lose track of what you were doing - maybe a good thing in a way :-) Housework vol 1 is a double album that has some cracking songs that you just dont seem to hear on the radio anymore such as The Beach Boys - Help Me Rhonda and Don McLeans - American Pie. The songs on this album just make you feel good and really help to lift your spirits,but I honestly think its marketed wrong,this is a feel good album for anyone just not people doing the housework.I dont think the title of the album really represents... Advantages: Great character design. Interesting Stories
Disadvantages: A bit short.

...fanboy about it, it could be the fact that it is Tartakovsky not George Lucas who had most control over the series. In any case the series was very successful and spawned a second series of longer episodes and the stories with continue in a Clone Wars CGI animated movie and subsequent TV series. The DVD also features quite a few extras. There are two behind the series featurettes which are interesting and two informative director commentaries. There are two galleries of concept art and storyboards which give another opportunity to appreciate the artistic style of the series. There are trailers for Revenge of the Sith and the Republic Commando computer game and a playable level of Republic Commando for the XBox which is pretty good, if you have an XBox. Advantages: Good rhythms to do the housework to, some excellent songs
Disadvantages: Some songs will appeal to some and not to others.

...had heard previously and many of which were favourites when I was younger. There are some definite 80s classics in there. Most of the songs have very catchy beats that get you moving and you can't stop singing along. Housework is definetly not one of my favourite pastimes but listening to this CD makes it more enjoyable and helps pass the time. I would recommend it if you like to listen to music while you work or just want a CD of some great songs to listen to at anytime. Cost ---------- £12.99 from Amazon, I think it's a good price for a double CD with some amazing songs.
