The cover of the book is bright pink and features a baby stretching to reach his toes as well as a bunny rabbit touching his head, a pig touching his shoulders and teddy bear touching his knees.
Each page features a lovely, bright illustration of children touching the part of the body to go with the one word text on each page from the nursery rhyme, apart from page 5 which features 4 pictures of a little boy touching his head, then his shoulders, then his knees and then his toes. The book then features the eyes, ears and mouth and nose before finishing again with the 4 original positions.
