..., That Old Feeling is an example of laid back jazz, with FrankieLaine singing. FrankieLaine? Yep. FrankieLaine was a mean exponent of the jazz idiom in the early days of his career. At one point jazz outfits such as Buck Clayton and his Orchestra was the only real way that singers such as FrankieLaine could get gigs.
If You Were Mine, also by Buck Clayton and his Orchestra (featuring FrankieLaine) is an example of sophisticated jazz, starting with some brilliant piano playing which soon gives way to some soulful trumpet playing, which is then joined by the rest of the orchestra, playing in a subdued, lilting style. In keeping with many jazz songs of the era, FrankieLaine's singing does not come in until a good deal into the piece.

Advantages: Funny Catchy rhymes Disadvantages: lacking in quality
...Sophomoric but occasionally amusing, the Bloodhound Gang's third outing serves up a dash of Cake, a sprinkling of Blink 182, and heavy doses of metal, hip-hop, and techno. And that's not even mentioning the Pink Floyd rip and Falco sample!
Underneath the juvenile, jokey lyrics ("It's hard to rhyme a word like vagina") and cheap chortles (the faux-country "A Lap Dance Is So Much Better When the Stripper Is Crying" being one prime example) are a few memorable melodies. "The Bad Touch" is a catchy, sample-heavy, danceable sex song that name-checks numerous pop-culture touchstones, from Waffle House to the Discovery Channel. Metallica and Frankie Goes to Hollywood samples meld in the rap-metal "Mope." An ode to adult film actress Chasey Lain is yet another perverse novelty entry on this schtick-a-song offering.
