Paul Potts ------------------------------------------------------------
Does anyone remember last years Britain's Got Talent show ? Well if you can you will almost certainly remember a guy called Paul Potts who went on to win the show with his fabulous Nessun Dorma opera song.
I'm not a great fan of these talent shows and neither have I a great affection for Simon Cowell (X Factor) although he's somewhat amusing at times but I was totally taken back when I heard Paul Potts singing Nessun Dorma live in front of the panel of judges. I remember very clearly I was doing some clearing up in the kitchen not taking much notice of the show 'Britain's Got Talent' when I heard what I thought sounded like the late great opera tenor 'Pavarotti' in seconds I was inches away from the television set with pure admiration and will not forget the electrifying performance of Paul Potts singing Nessun Dorma that evening.
It wasn't that long after his first appearance on the show that Paul Potts went on to progress and deservedly win last years 'Britain's got Talent'. Funny thing is he actually tossed a coin on whether to go or not to the 'Britain's Got Talent' show, likely for us he went and the rest is now history.
Paul Potts 'One Chance' Album (Christmas Edition) CD -----------------
Since his superb run on the 'Britain's Got Talent' show I decided I would very much like to get my hands on a Paul Potts CD, so being this near the jolly season I went out and bought the Christmas Edition of Paul Potts latest CD called 'One Chance' which has an extra disc with four great festive tracks (Silent Night) that are sung to perfection by Paul Potts. The main disc has his magnificent No. 1 hit Nessun Dorma followed by other great opera classics such as 'Con Te Partiro' (Time to say Goodbye) and the spine tingling Cavatina to name a few.

Summary -------------------------------------------------------------------- I would thoroughly recommend this Paul Potts 'One Chance CD to everyone, he really is a star in his own right and to think he used to work at Carphone Warehouse prior to his fame is all the more special. I know there's a few Opera critics out there who revel in criticizing Paul Potts to which I must say is a despicable crime to all the Opera world. To date Paul Potts CD 'One Chance' has been a NO. 1 album in 13 Countries which in my opinion speaks for itself. I bought Paul Potts 'One Chance' Christmas Edition CD Album for £14:99 back in December at HMV and it's now only £8;99 which is super value. I know it's not Christmas (far from in fact) but if you can I would go for the Christmas Edition of Paul Potts CD 'One Chance' as there's probably not much difference in the price and Paul Potts Silent Night is a must to listen to over Christmas.
Why not look on Ebay also (www.ebay.co.uk) as I have found many a bargain there.
