Advantages: excelent tracks, brilliant guitarist Disadvantages: his voice is not very good
...with "Pennants", which serves perfectly as a tone setter; it helps any doubtful listener to happily enter the gate Howe already opened. The intro starts with a rocking Fender Telecaster, before Howe adds another stringed instruments such as mandolin and steel guitar. Yes-mate drummer Alan White, who participates in this album along with Bill Bruford and Patrick Moraz, contributes a tight playing.
My favorite cuts including "All's a Chord", a huge showcase of Howe's proficient in playing eight different instruments (this could have been much better if Howe had not sing); "Look Over Your Shoulder", a song featuring beautiful vocals of ClaireHamill; "Surface Tension", a solo Spanish guitar; and, of course, the final two tracks, "Concerto in D, Second Movement" and "Double Rondo", in which Howe is accompanied by a string ensemble.

Advantages: Lots of great songs from the eighties Disadvantages: A few not so great
...a crush with Kim Wilde but is was definitely love with Claire !!
Track 13 - Maneater - Hall & Oates
I'm not the duos biggest fan, but this fits in quite nicely with the other songs on the album. Definitely listenable to if not very often.
Track 14 - Use It Up And Wear It Out - Odyssey
This to me feels more of a late 70s track rather than an 80s offering given its Disco beat. Makes quite a nice change to the album though.
Track 15 - Japanese Boy - Aneka

Advantages: cool songs , feel good , lots of dancing Disadvantages: one or two boring songs
...Step one was Steps' first album - released in August 1998.
The album includes :
Last thing on my mind - Great get up and dance song.Faye sings the first verse , claire 2nd verse and Lisa the 3 verse with everyone singing the chorus.
5,6,7,8 - Steps' first ever single! This is a country and western song with a Lee rapping. Probably my least favourite steps song ever!
One for sorrow - Great ballad starts of slow , builds up becomes more dancy towards the end. first verse sang by claire , second verse claire and third verse claire.Claire sings the choruses as well , with a faint joining in from the rest of the band.So pretty much the whole song sang by Claire.
Heartbeat was steps first number one! It's a great feel good song.
Claire sings the first verse , Faye the second and Lisa the third. The boys join in on the chorus.
This Heart...
