Advantages: video, no mixes! Disadvantages: weak B-side
...Girl Thing are trying to be the Spice Girls. So what - does it matter? They obviously can't and won't be as big, but what's the harm in trying. LastOne Standing is reminiscent of Wannabe in both the song itself and the video. Why should it matter? It's still a great pop song. The video which is included is great too. The B-side 'Extraordinary Love' is not as memorable or catchy unfortunately, in fact the opposite. Hopefully they will keep on going and relase some more fantastic pop songs like LastOne Standing though because I think they could make a great album....

...were used’ was a regular credit on the album sleeves for the first years of their career. But the multi-layered vocal and guitar overdubs, achieving what was in effect a full chorus and orchestra in the studio (in 1975, when audio technology fell far short of what it can do today), all combined with the versatility of the group as songwriters and musicians, not least what the sleeve/booklet calls Freddie’s ‘Bechstein debauchery’ (or 'Aida' in platform heels, as one contemporary critic dubbed it), resulted in something pretty astonishing. Advantages: Pure Steps unreleaed and remix heaven Disadvantages: Some weak Songs on here
...Basically, a year after Steps broke up, the Record Company thought How can we make some more money from this band"
They went through all their old piles of music and found some remixes, and B sides and unreleased material and put them all together and bang you have a two disc album, which all fans will want as a matter of priciple!
It also coincided with the DVD of their last ever concert!
A lot of people don't know about this album because it was obviously not promoted by the band at all!
What you have got here is some class remixes! Some excellent tunes most notably the planned next single before steps broke up "Baby Don't Dance"
There are a few duffers but overall it's a must have album for any true fan!...
