I bought this book on Ebay (for about a fifth of the RRP £16.99!) after reading mixed reviews, and figured I'd just have to find out for myself if this book was all it was made out to be. I personally have always found Katie Price, aka Jordan quite intriguing. I've watched many documentaries about her, gaining a brief insight into her life and they have always shown her in a good light. After watching an episode of the most recent television programme featuring Katie; 'Katie and Peter: The Next Chapter' which is shown on ITV2, I finally decided I should definitely read this book. 'Being Jordan' is the first of her two autobiographies and I found it an extremely compelling read. If you're looking for a book that is intellectually stimulating , then this probably isn't for you. Meet me in St Louis

Advantages: Magnificent skyline. Lots to do and see. Wonderful music heritage.
Disadvantages: A number of attractions not wheelchair accessible

and City museums as well as the zoo and science centre. Scott Joplin Museum is further up Delmar Boulevard from the Walk of Fame. ~~Summary~~ Our two and a half day stay was nowhere near long enough to fully appreciate all that St Louis has to offer. Hind sight is a wonderful thing and if I were to go back in time and re-plan our musical road trip, I would spend longer here. The initial enchantment we felt on entering St Louis in the dusk did not depreciate in the daylight. I loved and have good memories of St Louis. JORDAN - A Tourist's overview

Advantages: Wonderful country, with fantastic scenery and history
Disadvantages: Dangerous at present time (Jan '06)

- as we all unfortunately know - is very rare in the world we live in today, and that includes the Western world. In fact, there is one area in Amman where a Church and Mosque stand almost side by side ... I had unfortunately run out of film at this stage and wish I had my digital camera back then. However, disposables do take incredible pictures !
