You got to pump it up!

Advantages: effective high energy workout, easy to follow
Disadvantages: not for total beginners

revolves around lunges (good for legs and bums!), adding various different arm movements to add variety. If you are quite unfit, you may find this section a bit too fast at first, as it's so intense - I think though, if you persevere, the more you do the workout the easier it will be. If at first you think you won't be able to get through this section, forward to the cool down (very important to do this so you don't wake up in pain the next morning!) and then try to do a bit more the next time. The second half of this section slows down considerably, when we are introduced to several salsa moves. These moves are mostly very simple to master, but there was one particular arm movement it took me ages to pick up! These moves mainly work the hips, and as they're at so much of a slower pace than the previous exercises, they almost provide a break ...

Review of Pump It Up (DVD)

No need to butter me up... I love it!

Advantages: Great subtle smell, fantastic moisturising properties, well designed packaging
Disadvantages: None

as I'm somewhat addicted to the girly fragrance, but this certainly gives it a good run for its money in every respect (and I'm relucatant to admit it has it beaten in the moisturising stakes - that takes some doing!) and gets two massive thumbs up from me. ...

It Matters To Me, Faith Hill.

Advantages: A good amount of quality songs.
Disadvantages: Not as good as her later releases.

Faith Hill signed a record deal wih Warner Bros in 1993. Her debut album, Take Me As I Am, reached No 1 on the Billboard Country chart. Faith Hill was an over night success in Nashville, which is very hard to accomplish due to Nashvilles strict rules, but everyone seemed to love Faith and awaited her second album release. It Matters To Me is the follow up to Take Me As I Am. Recent Faith Hill releases show Faith moving from the country/pop sound into country/pop/rock. This album is Faith's last 100% pure country album before she decided to crossover. 1.
