...I am so sick of people's comments about this album...everything from "poor sound quality" to boring and pointless, and so on...
It's time this albums is treated fairly, becuase it rules. 3rd best Primus album behind Sailing and Frizzle, but hell...those two albums are in a league of their own, so 3rd measns nothing really...just that it's an awesome album.
Pork Chop's Little Ditty:
A short intro to "My Name is Mud," but it's a damn good short intro. Foot Stomping (?) and Banjo but in a catchy way.

My Name is Mud:
Oh yeah. An infamous Primus bassline with great lyrical work about an eccentric guy named "Mud" and his problems with some other guy. Ler contributes 2 wildly strange solos, that really add to it. The bassline itself is played along with the drums (Herb), and is pretty repetitive, but...

Advantages: Fresh, fast-moving, good music Disadvantages: May be considered a bit 'teeny'
...of the morning after the night before. 'I've been used...Cool!'
The artwork of the album is also good. The white background retains a fresh feel to it, and all the characters, along with the flute (There ws this one time, at Band Camp....) and the Warm Apple Pie (plus hole) are pictured. The inlay also contains 6 stills from the picture.
All in all this is a great listen. Some may say it's cheesy teen rubbish, but it's far better than that although it must be conceeded that teenagers are the main audience, so it's bound to be. I love this album. You never know until you try it....
