It has been hugely successful and is used by many therapists as well as being accesible and easy to use by almost anyone.
So many of Hay's ideas are now accepted in the mainstream but this is still a very powerful book and I would certainly recommend it. Considering the costs of seeing a counsellor or therapist the cost of the book is a very small investment for something which could genuinely help you to heal yourlife.
