Album Notes: Debut album from former Kinks lead-singer and chief songwriter, Ray Davies. Following tremendous success across four decades with his band, this recording represents Davies' first solo attempt. With the subtly that has made him a British songwriting icon, Davies delivers here a wonderful collection of catchy melodic pop tunes. Released on V2 Records, the album was self-produced and recorded at Konk Studios in London.
