Overflow - Calibre

Advantages: Destroys the stigma that drum and bass carries as a genre for 'pikeys'
Disadvantages: Perhaps dissapointing for people who wanted something slightly heavier

...Calibe is one of the greatest electronic music producers of our time. His use and arrangement of samples within his tracks are, in my opinion, second to none. His style of drum and bass production is extensively varied, however he seems to retain a certain something in each track that makes them instantly recognisable as his own. The outcome of 'Musique Concrete' is that of an electronic symphony that destroys any pre-conceptions of drum and bass as being unlistenable noise. Quite the contrary, Calibre creates music for the true heads and is not as popular with your average burberry cap wearing pill taker, who would prefer something a little more jump up and in your face. I would encourage anyone to listen to this albumn and re-discover a sub-genre of drum and bass as it is today for the older and wiser listener. As with his colleagues... Read review

...This is the debut album from Kelis, produced by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, containing the singles 'Good Stuff' and 'Caught Out There.' It wouldn't be pushing it too far to say that virtually all the tracks on the record are of the calibre of these singles. It also wouldn't be pushing it too far to say that this is the best R+B album released this year. Possibly the standout track, if I had to pick one, would be 'Get Along With You,' which is at its heart a pop record, albeit one of stunning beauty. This is, then, truly good stuff.... Read review

...celine dion has an excellent voice i have been a fan of her for a long time her songs like because u loved me immortality , my heart will go on are very goood thats the way it is , is agood song though it cannot be compared to her previous songs i do not like the video for this song the lyrics are no doubt very good but the music should have been better for a singer of her calibre this song is very satisfactory just not like some of her previous songs but compared to the other songs out in the market i think this song is very good...
