Advantages: great music Disadvantages: none really
...'Don't Panic' is short, sweet and contains great atmospheric guitar akin to mid eighties U2. Almost like a suicidally depressed The Edge. But that's not to say the song as a whole, or indeed the entire album, is at all depressing. I find it really uplifiting, and even though the tracks taken as singles have been played and played to death by the radio, especially 'Yellow' they still sound amazingly fresh. 'Spies' takes you on a journey, it evolves images in your head and feelings in your heart. This is a great debut album, make no mistake. Good singing, too. One of the few records released in recent years that actually can provoke feeling in even the sternest of hearts. Forget your prejudice and give it a try....

Advantages: Panic at the Disco have in their career released an excellent album. Disadvantages: An extremely lacklustre offering, the vocals lack life and the melodies are tedious.
...When Panic at the Disco released the début album 'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out' in early 2006 they quickly became the nations favourite band. Whilst I'd be the first to admit that their sound was not particularly progressive and was merely a regurgitation of sounds which in truth had already been done to death before Panic at the Disco even came to be, I must say that I personally am a huge fan of the first album and it is in fact one that I still play an awful lot now. When Panic at the Disco emerged in early 2008 with new track 'Nine in the Afternoon' it came as quite a shock then that the music I was hearing...

Advantages: very catchy lyrics Disadvantages: none
...well were to start, panic! at the disco, known to most fans as simply panic!, took the UK by storm last year after the release of their debut album A fever you can't sweat out.
This album is full of amazing tracks...to name just a few:
* The Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide Is Press Coverage (no.2 on album)- one of the best songs on the album by far with its catchy lyrics from the start e.g i aim to be your eyes, trophy boys, trophy wives.
* Camisado (no.5) - this song is one many teenagers can relate to as it is a bout someone who got in a fight and ended up in hospital. very catchy
* Time To Dance (no.6) - again one of panic!s best songs. After personally seein them live twice i have to say this is one of the songs that goes down best at gigs, probably because of its lyrics : When i say shotgun u say wedding..shot gun...
