This next review is on my time on The Blue Mountains National Park, located in Sydney Australia. A few friends and I had decided to hire a van and take a tour of the national park, as we had been recommended it by several people we had met along the way. I am usually a fan of national parks; it gives you a chance to take in the scenic view, it gives you a chance to relax and unwind if you have had a busy week, and you even get to see some wildlife. It?s a great experience, which allows you to camp overnight, whilst also have a magnificent driving experience.
History & Park Info:
The park covers 267,954 hectares, which included several mountains and rivers along the trek. The highest point of the park is Mount Werong (1,215 m), and there are some breathtaking views from the top. The area became a national park in 1932, and ever since ...

**Introduction**
This is the third instalment of my Yolanda Adams reviews after reviewing "Believe" and "Day By Day" which were two of the three Yolanda Adams albums I requested for review a couple of weeks ago. Mountain High Valley Low is the third and final instalment for now and was the the first of the three released in 2000 compared to 2001 for Believe and 2005 for Day by Day, So with the release of her latest album this year I decided to complete the three requested album reviews now.
**Mountain High...Valley Low**
This is Yolanda Adam's major record label debut courtesy of the Elektra label. With a major label comes major names and that's the same here with two major names from the world of Music. Joining her on the album is the phenomenally successful production duo of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis As well as Keith Thomas. This ...

Mountain Language (1988)
By
Harold Pinter (1930- )
Mountain Language is a very short one-act play by the English playwright Harold Pinter. The first scene shows a young woman and an elderly woman as they go to visit one of their relatives who was accused of speaking the forbidden mountain language. The older woman was bitten by one of the dogs in the prison, and yet the officer and sergeant torture her and her companion with stupid questions and harass the latter sexually. We see in the second scene that the elderly woman was in the prison to visit her son. The woman tries to talk to her son with the mountain language she is used to, for she doesn't know the capital language, yet the officer starts jabbing her with a stick. Still, she manages to tell her son that his wife and three kids are waiting for him. In the third scene ...

Album Notes
Personnel: Keith Jarrett (piano, percussion); Jan Garbarek (soprano & tenor saxophones); Palle Danielsson (acoustic bass); Jon Christensen (drums). Recorded live in Tokyo, Japan in April 1979. Includes liner notes by Peter Ruedi. Released in 1989, 10 years after it was recorded, PERSONAL MOUNTAINS is a set by Keith Jarrett's so-called "European Quartet." It's a live performance in Tokyo, one week prior to the engagement at New York City's Village Vanguard that resulted in the NUDE ANTS album. What's remarkable about both of these releases is how they showcase the power of this ensemble, only briefly glimpsed on the studio albums (as with the wonderful pair, BELONGING and MY SONG). There has always been a folk-like bearing to the quartet's sound, and their studio work underscores this with concise pieces. However, live they stretch out, creating organically changing landscapes which are by turns emotionally compelling, spiritually resonant, and rich with surprise and invention. The aptly titled 15-minute "Personal Mountains," captures the feel of the Scandinavian homeland of Jarrett's cohorts.
