The album is in great contrast with that of others and fans that loved that album will be extremely disappointed with what free has done with the songs on this album. Fans of the ROC will be able to appreciate the album because it is very similar in organization, style and approach. There is a mixture of what the critics and pundits are calling "Pop Rap" and the gangster rap that we saw in the young free when he first came out. Songs such as the intro and "freeway" show that free has not completely washed the gangster style rap out of his system. As in a lot of songs on this album, tales of murder and drugs are told in these tunes and his new fan group will not appreciate this at all.
