The fairytale fantasy theme continues again with him singing about Little Bo Peep this time.
"Don't ever change you hungry little bashful hounds, I've got the sheep poor Little Bo Peep has lost and filed for grounds"
A song with sublime lyrics, and in my opinion the best song on the album, and probably that Rufus Wainwright has created!
The song is so wonderfully uplifting, with a beautiful jazzy feel to it. Chromatic scales on the piano, nursery rhyme characters, backing singers, this song has it all! A top song, that everyone needs to hear! So jolly! A hit!

...The Hounds of Love is Kate Bush's finest album. It's almost unclassifiable but I reckon that maybe folk is the nearest pigeon hole you get.
From the opening Running up that Hill through Hounds of Love to the beautiful Cloudbusting , with its video featuring the huge Heath-Robinson contraption ,you hear lots of wonderful music. This is the "Hounds of Love" side of the album, which is the commercial side of the album featuring the four singles mentioned abuve, as well as the calming Mother Stands for comfort. This lulls the listener into a false sense of security...
The next side is "The Ninth Wave" which is very experimental , but still very listenable. Under Ice and Waking The Witch are interesting and The Jig of Life has all the ingredients of what should be an uplifting , happy song, but always unnerves me. It has a dreamlike almost...
