It's like one big scam ... ...that kids will want it and so they can charge a high price for a few songs that were actually in the movie!
So if you're really desperate for the songs from the movie, then it's probably more worth it, just to download them instead, since there's only 5 of them!

This is an Enhanced audio CD which contains regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files. Okay, this is the soundtrack to a kids' cartoon about cute little imaginary animals, so right away you know no one is ever going to confuse it with THE CRITIQUE OF PURE REASON or the Beatles' WHITE ALBUM. That said, however, this is a pretty good snapshot of the end-of-the-millennium pop moment. The stylistic mix here ranges from slick R&B ballads to a sort of hip-hop lite, with a slight detour into pop reggae (courtesy of teen heart-throb Britney Spears) and current girl-group pop (M2M, who sound like Chipmunks on helium). Believe it or not, most of this stuff is far more adult-friendly than the movie it's based on.
