My son got this Lego City Police Station for his 8th birthday.
We paid £48.89 from Argos for it.
It took me and my husband quite a while to help my son build it. But the end result was great.
It comes in one box. Within the box are smaller bags. All the bags are numbered and all have a booklet inside for the particular part of the police station/vehicle. None of the items were missing, there were a few bits over though, which come in handy for the lego box!
It is really easy to follow (for an adult), but I don't think my 8 year old would have had the knowledge or patience to build it himself. Some children his age probably could, but I'd say any child would probably need a bit of help from an adult. I think it's quite nice to have adult and child building something together anyway, so this isn't a disadvantage in my eyes!

Well that is at least what I thought until recently, thanks too government interference things have changed considerably over the years & this particular book highlights what police life is really like in modern day Britain.
