...without compromising the aspects of the play too much and as such it does feature a lot of witty and theatrical dialogue that is perfectly adapted to the more real world of New York. With strong performances from all involved, Angels in America is one powerfully effective work that deserves all the praise it has got. THE SCORE When I bought the soundtrack for Angels in America, I was pretty much taking a leap of faith. My only real touch with the music was from one sound clip I had heard over a commercial on TV and got it without even reading any reviews of it whatsoever. (And I really wasn't even sure if that soundclip actually came from the film.) But after listening to the album twice around I was very relieved. Advantages: Im Loving Angels Instead

...Angels is the song which started up the career of the amazingly talented Robbie Williams and launched his career from then until a long time to go. From 1997 since this single came out until now and for many years to come Angels is an astounding single which would probably be more of a national anthem than any other song. Love or Hate Robbie probably the whole of the nation knows basically the whole set of lyrics to it or would be able to scream out the chorus with the very high 'All' and 'Waterfall' ( Seriously it hurts your ears if the person singing it can't sing lol) or at least hum along to the tune. The song is a sad , emotional , powerful and beautiful song which can make you smile, laugh and sing along all at once. Advantages: Amazing Music
Disadvantages: some repetition

...helps break the depressing tension that the previous track brought! A very nice jazzy number. 8, Everybody's Gotta Be Somewhere This is certainly a rousing jazzy musical number, and features the backing singers, and is very interesting to listen to because of the unusual and closely positioned harmonies. It's almost too cheerful, but again, I very much like the instrumental accompaniment. It's sung by the Angel City 5- the backing singers to the crooner, Jimmy Powers! 9, Lost and Found Another sexy love song, but this time with a bit more oomph…This is sung by Mallory, who's trying to seduce Stine, and is properly swingy and raunchy! It's a bit of a power ballad, and you can almost hear what's coming next. This song needs a powerful voice, as demonstrated perfectly here. 10, All You Have To Do Is Wait Now this song is odd!
