Advantages: Graet album from agreat artist Disadvantages: Not to everyones taste
.... The driving bass will get your toes tapping to this.
Track four, Hoochie Coochie man, is a favourite of many and may not need an introduction, but again Clapton puts on a fine performance and is in fine voice.
Track five is Five Long Years, a well covered song by many artists and its easy to see why, with distorted guitar and some fine guitar work with some lengthy licks and good vocal this is the type of blues standard that Clapton loves doing and he does it well.
Onto track six and Tore Down is a fast paced number with horns in the background and the rhythm section on fine form.
Track seven sees Clapton on acoustic, (Dobro?) for the first time on this album with an old blues written by LeroyCarr? Backed by piano and harmonic, this is a slowish number reminiscent of the Unplugged album.
Goin’ away baby at number eight on the tracklist...

Advantages: Classic , fresh , raw , entertaining , a little piece of history . Disadvantages: May be too dated for some .
...with the inmates enthusiasm and Cash’s younger years it is still relevant today . All the tracks which have an * next to them are listed as previously unreleased bonus tracks .
Track One -Big River
This begins with the roaring crowd and Cash saying ‘Hello , I’m Johnny Cash’ . It is classic early Cash .
Track Two - I still miss someone .*
‘It’s good to be with Ya- I’m glad to see you again’ states Cash along with his easy guitar . This is a gentle offering with a love theme .
Track Three - Wreck of the old 97
This is a racing fast track with the beat of a train and the accompanying train whistle .
Track Four - I walk the Line
A bit more chat from Cash about how good it is to see them . Granada’s recoding gets a mention here and the restrictions they have tried to put in place . He states he is there for the prisoners and asks what they want to hear...

Advantages: Mercury and May at their best. Disadvantages: Can't think of any..
...'s take on the classic song Big Bad Leroy Brown. The style of the song comes completely out of the blue in comparison to the other tracks on this album. And has roots in Freddie's music hall upbringing. Brian May plays his father's ukelele (the first instrument Brian learned to play.)
She Makes Me - subtitled Stormtrooper in Stillettoes, a slow, drowsy beat. A simple love song penned by Brian May.
In the Lap of the Gods...revisited - A firm favourite of Queen fans and played frequently at their concerts. The lyrics of this anthemic track are another dig at Queen's management as Freddie grew more frustrated at the lack of income the band were receiving.
The release of Sheer Heart Attack came closely after the release of Queen II. It was recorded at a very difficult time for the band as despite their success they received very little income...
