Advantages: Very well plotted Disadvantages: Unevenly paced
I've read quite a lot of dark fantasy recently. Some of it has been very enjoyable, notable Russell Kirkpatrick's "Broken Man" series and others, like Karen Miller's "Godspeaker" trilogy, less so. It works well, the transition between the two is smooth and the mixing, of course, is spot on. My only complaint is that he uses the odd-sounding original mix of 'Turn Around', rather than the far superior Olav Basoski Mix.
Tall Paul merges house and trance with less success on CD2. The mix from Starfighters' 'Apache' to 'Everyday' (Agnelli & Nelson) is well-executed, but the two songs just don't belong together. Despite ...
