A dub roots gem

Advantages: A total classic
Disadvantages: nothing

It does not get much better than this. Back in 1967 lee perry and the upsetters were making and braking ground in jamica with their roots reggae. Perry is firmly at the controls on this release and everything really seems to just come together, the harmony singing, the heavy rumbling bass (i mean HEAVY) and rhythm. For anyone with any liking for dub reggae this is essential. Truly great piece of work. Lee perrys studio the black ark was burned down a number of years later but thankfully this seminal record really captures the great sound from the black ark for posterity. A sweet sweet record that hits all the right bottons with the only complaint being that it has quite a short playing time over the 10 tracks. Enjoy ...

I-Trim reliabilty issue

Disadvantages: reliability

I bought my I- trim 2 years ago after looking at the market a friend told me that I was to buy the most expensive and that I would end up getting years of faithful service from it. So out I went and decided to spend £40 on something I could have got for £20 if I felt I could live without motorised adjusted blades. When I bought it I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how close it would cut. Since then I have tried other razors and none of them can cut as close as the I-trim. Since I use this setting a lot I felt it was worth its money since it is the only razor that can get as close. However after about 10 months I had noticed that the power button was getting a little unresponsive I thought nothing of it until a few months later when it needed excessive power to turn the switch on. Now out of warrantee I wasn?t starting to regret ...

Disadvantages: doesnt feel as robust as expected

the Babyliss For Men I-Trim Stubble - 7850U Beard Trimmer is a very modern looking design which gives it a great look in the home.And the lcd display is very good as well.But one does get the feeling that this may not be one of the most robust products on the market. I was very pleased with the way the trimmer worked on my stubble and trimmed very well.Other trimmers I have found can some times not give a good over all trimm where as the Babyliss For Men I-Trim Stubble - 7850U Beard Trimmer did give a good over all trimm. All in all I think that this is a good product but once I had it in my hand I did feel that you may be paying a little more for the look. ...
