Advantages: Fantastic music Disadvantages: Not a single one
, Preoccupied with his vengeance. Cursing the dead that can't answer him back, I'm sure that he has no intensions of looking your way, unless it's to say that he needs you to test his inventions." Weird lyrics, especially when married with the sub-Beach Boy guitar playing (with hints of Tex Mex) and trumpet riffs. Never quite sure what on earth this song is about.
The lyrics were written by Bob Dylan, and sometimes, well, you get to thinkin' that maybe bob doesn't want you understandin all of his lyrics!
Track Fifteen is Golden Earrings by Gandalf. Laidback guitars, melodic strings and sparse, though well-used keyboards, supporting powerful lyrics that were very well presented.
Track Sixteen Land of Their Dreams by Autosalvage. Good, interesting typical psychedelic tune, impressive use of a wide variety of instruments, the guitars are backed ...
Advantages: Great music from the flower power era Disadvantages: One (or maybe two) songs don't really belong on it
I had not heard for many years. The Strawberry Alarm Clock and Incense and Peppermint. (The title of this song was later used in a song by Blondie.) This is an amazing song, with urgent, swirling sounds and swirling ideas. "Who cares what games we choose? Everything to win, nothing to lose."
Track 3 The Lemon Pipers, Green Tambourine. "Help a poor man build a pretty dream." They don't write them like that anymore! Nifty bit of sitar-style music and tambourine, which sounds very good in stereo.
Track 4 Pictures of Matchstick Men, by Status Quo. What the hell happened to Status Quo? From primo psychedelic band to? oh, well, never mind! "Pictures of Matchstick Men and you" and of what might have been.
Track 5 A Dream Within a Dream by Spirit. Piano, muted guitars and ethereal lyrics, vocalised in a curiously old fashioned but ...

I asked if I could have a refund or exchange of new bed which they claimed to offer hassle free return service, I was told that I had to pay an extra £500. At this point I felt overawed and outraged having paid £700 for a brand new bed to pay an extra £500 to have an exchange of bed. I felt that the level of customer service in dealing with this problem of mine to be a big let down for the company. The delivery time was stated as three weeks and they did at least ...
