Well they've now been going 15 years believe it or not and here they are with another great album!
Here is a little run throught of all the songs and what they are about:
And Now for something completely similar: This song is a short intro which consists of fast guitar riffs and fast drumming,and of course some singing, a great way to kick off the album!
Take two Placebos and call me lame:This is a micky take out of "Placebo" as with most NoFx albums this has fast guitar riffs fast drumming and helarius lyrics a nice start to the album.
Whats the matter with parents today?: This song is about parents these days, it has lyrics such as "Dads dressed up like motly crew and why is mums hair dyed blue?" a micky take out of modern day parents they basically sing basically the opposite to what they are like in real life, a funny song!
Dinosaurs will die: This track starts off with a humourus warning saying "this is not a test of the emergancie broadcast system, this is the real thing!" this is a typical sounding NoFx song which will have you jumping around your room like a headless chicken, a great song and if you listen to the lyrics they'll make you laugh!
Thank god it's Monday: This track is mainly about all the days of the week saying that they like mondays best out of all the days of the week giving each day a different meaning saying what they do on each day a fast song with fast and furius guitaring and great drumming!!
CLAMS HAVE FEELINGS TOO (actually they don't): starts off with a bit of funny guitar playing then sudenly explodes into a typical fast paced NoFx song and this is a song where if you listen to the lyrics you won't help laughing, another good song!
Louise: ummm..... this songs lyrics are a bit too dirty for me to mention with out getting kicked off, but i can tell you this song is fast paced and a very funny song, a must hear!
Stranger than fishin: The focus of this song is the awesome drumming and guitars in the background they are superb and with the humourus lyrics, this song is superb, and if you had'nt already gueesed from the title of the track this song is about something starnger than fishing! Another funny track!
Pharmacists Daughter: This song has to be the best of the lot it has great lyrics fast and superb drums great guitars and the singing suits the song so much a stunning song to go with this stunning album!
Bottles to the ground: This is a slower song but i like it with the ussual humourus lyrics, fast paced backing intsruments this is another superb song, this time about Drinking!
Total Bummer: Another fast paced track as with all the NoFx songs this is superb with humourus lyrics which seem to have no meaning such as " what is wrong with me i'm not a monster" proving this, a great song!
My Vagina: This is another one of my fav songs as it has got awesome drumming and superb guitar riffs and halerius lyrics this is definitly one of the most funny NoFx songs on the album!
Herojuana: As you can tell from the name this is a very funny song which is very fast paced after the start, and will have you going crazy doing circles around your room yet, yes YET another superb song!
A theme from a NoFx album: The last song on the album and a very funny one this takes the awrard for the funniest song on the album, with a harmonica featuring in the background all the way throughout the song untill the song explodes about halfway throught, and if you listen to the lyrics which in this song is'nt that hard to do so you will hearthem taking the mickey out of them selves and scotish.
Overall i would have to say this is my fav NoFx album and a very well done album and i just cannot wait for there next album, which i know there will be as on the back of the album book it says songs which will be on there next album which did'nt make it on this one!!!
