Without a doubt one of the best NOFX albums! This 17 track collection marks a high point in the bands ever increasing history, and was the album I found myself listening to the most until 'Pump up the valuum' came along. In fact, there isn't much to say thats bad about this album, its full of great, fast punk songs (with a few minor exceptions), and it's another album where track skipping isn't needed, just perfect? Well, not completely but its about as close as you're going to get.
There are some fantastic tracks featuring on this album, including 'Linoleum', 'Don't call me white' and 'Dying degree'. it also includes the single 'Leave it alone' which I still think is one of the best songs they've done. My personal favourite however, and highlight of the album, is a song called 'Pefect government'. A song which dares ask the question "How did the cat get so fat?" (It's actually a cover of a Mark Curry song).
An all round excellent album and anyone who wants to know what NOFX sound like should really listen to this album first, because it shows them in a musical spirit that, even now, they have never really managed to re-capture. Intrestingly enough, this is the bands only album to go gold, and they managed it without any radio or video play.
