...I bought this CD expecting it to be like all the other relaxationCDs on the market however I realise now how wrong I was. The three CDs offer a variety of interesting and reflective songs which are perfect for meditating to. If I am in a bad mood I can guarantee that just by switching on one of these CDs I will instantly feel more cheerful.
The only disadvantage would be that some of the songs are slightly too long and repetitive but this hardly matters compared to the fantastic music offered on the CDs.
The CDs are also great value considering you are getting 3 CDs for less than a fiver! Overall, I would definately recommend the CDs for anyone looking for a slightly more upbeat version of the original relaxation album....

Advantages: Helps relax and unwind..... Disadvantages: May already own a lot of the songs.....
..., to a catchy beat with percussion... Not much else to say really!
Think my Mum might like this one, find it a bit slow and dated.
4 ~ Gymnopedia No. 1 ~ Joolz Gianni & Ty Unwin
Nice floating song, with a softer female vocal. Very famous tune, will recognise when heard!! Great in bath with cadles lit all around. Perfect chillout....
5 ~ Melt ~ Leftfield
Need I say anything? Purechillout...... One of my old favs....subtle saxaphone, with a beat, slowly building.... Has an underwater sound to it, perfect for relaxing to. And again, I already have this tune on a Leftfield album I own.
6 ~ Talking With Myself '98(Canny Remix) ~ Electribe 101
Starts with waves breaking on a beach, so instantly relaxing.... Then the beat starts, with electronic noises cutting in and out with the time of the waves. Then the melody starts...which is beautiful...

Advantages: You are able to chill to this album, has 18 tacks on each CD, it has some mixing in within track as well Disadvantages: Not many Latest tracks on it
...I recently bought the 'Ministry of sound' Chillout session album after seeing it advertised on the T.V, from what was being played on the advert for this album it sounded really good.
Well like most Ministry of sound' album they are full of the Beats and chilled house music which is what I like listerning to late at night. But after listerning to it for the first time I was not really that happy with it, it wasn't as good as the made it out to be on the T.V, which I find with some products.
But after a few times listerning to it, I found help me to sleep, (this is not good for your electric bill thou. It helped me relaxed after a stress full day at work.
I have always like the Ministry of sounds' Compilations, but I have noticed that never really use that latest tracks that are out on the market, don't get me wrong i do like...
