Okay, so when I first heard "Pure Shores", I liked it. I was surprised that All Saints' long-awaited comeback wasn't stronger, but it was a decent track with a summery vibe. However, massive overplaying has turned this song into one I can't stand to listen to any more. After hearing this song a few times on the radio, I decided to buy the single. It is an extremely catchy tune that just grows and grows on you. Advantages: good song Disadvantages: starting to get bored with it
At first I really liked this song. It was a new fresh sounding song from one of my favourite groups. However as time has gone on and this track has been way over played by every single radio station, I have come to the conclusion that this song is a lot more annoying than I first thought it was.

Advantages: Top dance tune Disadvantages: It's by the All Saints who aren't very nice people according to the press
When I first heard this song I thought oh no, it's All Saints, the girls who hate doing interviews, who make sleazy movies, who are Spice Girl wannabes and who don't do very good concerts. Yet after hearing the song a few times, all the preconceptions that I had in my head about the girls disappeared. I began to sing along to the words then i got into the song more and more as I heard it more and I began to dance to it. I became known to me as a ... ...me that though this it became the best selling single of 2000 and I think it still is, that's if Bob The Builder didn't overtake it!!!!
All I can say is well done girls, I went to your concert and it wasn't very good but this surely is a good piece of music. This soundtrack has a touch of everything, my two favourite from the soundtrack being "PureShores" by AllSaints and "Yeke Yeke". Pureshores, a previous number 1 has a lovely sound to it and reminds you of the beautiful surroundings from that oh so famous beach in Thailand. "Yeke Yeke" is very much inspired by African music it sounds like dance music but is not so hard upon the ears. It is a very peaceful song. Although I didn't rate the film all that high I would say that this soundtrack has something good to offer. It really is worth it! ...
