R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta) (The Masterpiece/Parental Advisory) [PA] - Snoop Dogg

I have always been a fan of snoop dogg and have always been interested in his extremley controversial lifestyle and music. Alot of people years ago avoided 'Snoop Dogg' because of the way he exploited women, talked about gang banging and many other things like that,(alot of others didn't though) but then the times changed and so did the world and people no longer had freedom of speech. On this album Snoop has come back with avengence, and with the help from a few of his friends. i.e.-Pharell Williams and JT. Pharell as you all know is an absoloute production genius. He has changed the way snoop writes his lyrics and the way his music comes across. I for one love the whole' Glammer' thing. You know running round pretending to be a pimp and all that and now he has pharells help he can actualy pull it off!
Justin Timberlake features on the album too, in a track called 'Signs'. Its a brilliant track of course. Every second person on the planet either wants to be JT or just be with him!
I think that even though, 'Snoop' is a 'Gangsta' he callabirated extremley well with the RnB allstar.
On the downside the lyrics to each of the tracks are pretty much what you would expect from the man, but on the whole it is not a bad album. I would only reccomend it to you to buy if your are a serious hip hop fan!
