i start with giving you a brief discription of the album, well the original idea behind the Radio 1 was to simply to hear gifted artists from different genres to perform material. The show became more popular because of these interpretationsof well known songs which had been tipped upside down o thier heads by the the covers, and now is one of the most popular listed to shows on Radio 1 and surely a top album!

Arctic Monkeys - Love Machine
Snow Patrol - Run
The Kooks - Crazy
Razorlight - Golden Touch
Corinne Bailey Rae - Munich
The Automatic - Goldigger
The Editors - All Sparks
Boy Kill Boy - Maneater
Queens Of The Stone Age - No One Knows
Embrace - How Come
James Blunt - If There's Any Justice
Natasha Bedingfield - The Scientist
The Kings Of Leon - Molly's Chambers
Jamie Cullum - Frontin'
Sugababes - Livin' For the Weekend

Will Young - Hey Ya

likes and dislikes:

to shorten it down i only dislike 3 songs performed on the cd these are: Lemon Jelly - nice weather for ducks which i found emmensly annoyin, next was Mylo- in my arms just found it a bit tidious and last of all 50cent - in da club sounds exactely the same no variation of the track at the slightist! listening to these i felt like smashing endless amount of glasses plates w.e can smash why ruin a brilliant CD by puttin that crap on there they should delete those tracks and re-release the cd.........PLEASE SOME1 FROM RADIO1 SORT THIS OUT

aaaaaaaaaaaaaa well goin back to the greatness of this CD my Likes:D
personally i have a lot of favourites but jamie cullums interpretation of pharell williams frontin was brilliant its top playlist for last 4 months this is bcos its an 'orignal' cover
next was the kooks crazy another hard song to cover from the instant success recieved by gnarls barkley (becoming no1 from just downloads alone! a great feat) but again the kooks show us nothin is to hard for them luke puts his own....pernash into this his accent lays it off sounds different but very kl well done lads!

therefore i ask myself was radio 1 live lounge a good buy? well the amount of talent found on this compilation album towers over any other album ive ever bought its hard to find that in 1 album so yes it was a Bloody brilliant buy and an album ill enjoy for a very long time! and i would deffinately recomend it to any1who wants a timeless classic to listen to over and over again!

please comment me about the review tell me wat i shud putt in to improve and just remindin u is my first review! so be kind lol!

thanx tom x
