Advantages: A good mix of songs Disadvantages: Doesnt help you get through the housework
A cd thats a couple of years old now but still fun to listen to.
I mean this cd says its meant to help you through the housework but I personally dont think it really does,if anything it distracts you,because you just start singing along to all the great tracks this album has to offer, you get caught up in the music and completely lose track of what you were doing - maybe a good thing in a way :-)
Housework vol1 is a double album that has some cracking songs that you just dont seem to hear on the radio anymore such as The Beach Boys - Help Me Rhonda and Don McLeans - American Pie.
The songs on this album just make you feel good and really help to lift your spirits,but I honestly think its marketed wrong,this is a feel good album for anyone just not people doing the housework.I dont think the title of the album really represents ...
Advantages: Original ragga-jungle spirit Disadvantages: Couple of tracks are too weak and simply out of it
A jungle compilation of high quality is a rare thing nowadays, so all those jungle ravers around should really stick to this one.
Though it doesn't give something beyond imagination, it catches that original jungle-only atmosphere we all know and love in the very beginning and holds it up till the very last piece of tune.
There are, of course, some pretty weak tracks, but they are well-placed as a kind of slowdown and do not interfere with the general jungle vibe. And, of course, there are some exceptionally bloody ones, that most propably will be understandable even for non-jungle general drum'n'bass/breaks lovers.
All those who are really into jungle of course know most of tunes here, but the compilation of the classics is never too extra for the real fan. And new junglists will definetly be pleased with the introduction to what ...

Hi, after buying this cd some time back i didnt yet realise how many good songs were actualy on this 2 disk set. Some of the well known artists which appear on here is, DJ Casper, Special D, Scooter, Kelly Llorenna, LMC vs U2, Ultrabeat, XTM and many more. (see below for full track listing)
Compared to any other compilations i have purchased in the past this one has been in the cd player the longest! its great to listen to anytime of the day and basicaly anywhere, whether in your car, house or at work!
This CD is a huge compilation of variousartists and will be enjoyed by anyone who listen's to it. It follows the genre of more of a clubby/trance/electronic disk comapred to other 'chillout' disks.
Overall i rate this CD 10/10 and i love it!
