Real Vibes (Mixed By DJ Hype) - DJ Hype/True Playaz

Advantages: good music,various artists, good value for money, enjoyable
Disadvantages: not for absolutely everyone

...I have had Dj Hypes drum and bass arena album since around christmas last year, and i am still not bored of it. It has a lot of different artists on it, with a range of different types of drum and bass. I love to listen to this album when driving, tidying the house, or just doing nothing. it is a really good back round album when i have friends round too, as everyone enjoys the music it has on it. I also love to dance to the songs on this album, but i do not let many people see me doing that !!! I would really reccomend this album to anyone, it could suit many peoples music taste. It is also pretty good value for money, seeing as there are so many artists on it.... Read review

...three great mix cds in one pack and mixed by the legendary dj hype. this cd is full of every style of drum n bass. this is a great way of hearing all styles in one mix set, from jump up to jazzy, dark and ragga and more soulfull tracks. not many people mix all style when djing drum n bass but hype does it and does it well. best thing of all they decided not to have an mc rapping over the tune and this is a great advantage to this cd and just lets the music do the talking. there are also a few vocal tracks on this cd aswell. there are so many styles/genres of drum n bass aspecially in britain [home of dnb] this cd really does all justice. there has some great exclusives versions of tracks on this as well which makes it even more special. everyone should have a copy of this for sure and even people that dont like drum n bass... ...Dan Greenpeace and DJ Yoda are apparently great friends. The work together running a radio show on Xfm and also make beautiful music together. ?Unthugged? is one such outing, not to be confused with ?unthugged the essential mix? which is also a good album ? but a completely different one. Those that know DJ Yoda will be familiar with the setup in this album. Its much of the same and just as awesome, cuttin? and pastin?, choppin? and scratin? is the name of the game and its done well. Ugly Duckling are featured one again, kicking off the mixtape with the hilarious ?meat shake? an imaginary tale about a fast food company that sells, yes, you guessed it, ?meat shakes?. This is just a slice of the pie. The rest is just as brilliant. ?Yoda meets the Mr Men? does what it says on the tin as DJ Yoda scratches off with the Mr Men theme tune... Read review
