Rebirth - Birth Control

...this was in its time a ground breaking album. it reintroduced (thank god) guitars in to modern music taste and managed to herald the rebirth of brit pop. the album is raw and raucous and has some great vocal performances by liam which are never really matched in the later albums. the power of the album is matchd by tender touches like that of "Married with children" which has a sirt of cute lack of tune, that is to say it is a quirky little number with an endearing quality that one would not immediately align with oasis, but it is a sng like that which gave birth to the latter acoustic guitar based tracks which we all love. this is a good album, but if i just had 10 pounds i would definitely buy the second one.... ...To show this album anything other than deep respect and appreciation would be a insult to the great artists from whom these songs have drawn inspiration. The modern reproduction of some of the classics has inspired a generation of todays youth who, until its release, had had little exposure to this genre of music. Mr Williams' reputation has given the project a popularity and credability unachieveable by anyone else in the industry, a project which has, undoubtedly, been the catalyst for the re-birth of a whole era of musical history. The recent success of artists such as Michael Buble can be firmly placed at the feet of Mr Williams, who took an unprecedented risk in producing something so diverse in comparision to his previous work. Advantages: Catchy, Pop tunes
Disadvantages: Not been her best since on the 6

...I bought Jennifer Lopez's album on the 6 and i absolutely loved it, as a matter of fact i still play it frequently. I also Bought J.Lo which was another good album. It had catchy songs on and included some Spanish songs. She then released the remixes album which i loved as she made a lot of the songs into club bangers. After that "This is me then" was released but i didn't buy that because i listened to it at my friend's house and i thought she had just made a fool of herself. The songs were weak and j.lo was starting to lose it. Then came Rebirth. I decided to buy this album without reading critics opinions or listening to my friends. 1. Get Right ~ This was a great first single. She was back at her best. it had a catchy, club beat. Nice cheery lyrics and i also used to look forward to this song being played in the clubs. 2...
