Family were one of the best progressive acts of the late 60's / early 70's - witness their astonishing "Music In A Doll's House" LP for proof - so all the ingredients were here for the new band to make it big. Whilst being popular commercially (this went top 20 in the UK) and live, by the end of 1977 it was all over after four albums, of which this was the third.
Strange but true: as an eight year old in 1975 I saw this lot play Charlton Athletic with The Who, an amazing day when about 95,000 people turned up. Little Feat and Widowmaker were on the bill too. We never paid to get in either - our aunt and uncle's house backs onto the ground. How hip is that. Uncle Jim was so impressed he went and brought this the day it came out, in limited red vinyl too.

Red Delicious Night is the second addition to the DKNY Delicious range and is packed in a deep red box that has DKNY written across stapled with the familiar label which this time reads 'Red Delicious'.
The box contains the same apple-shaped bottle as Be Delicious the upper half is metallic and has a press-in atomizer hidden on the surface. The lower half is made of bright red glass that lets the liquid shine through ...
