As with Llewllyn's first Reiki CD I fully enjoy listening to Reiki Gold while giving myself a Reiki treatment, each track is timed to about 5 minutes for each hand position. The music is very soft and free flowing so it just glides right into each track. This CD does not restrict itself to being listened to just for Reiki as I very often listen to it while meditating or continued relaxation after Reiki.
The music on this CD is very typical of what you would expect from a relaxation CD so clients would also enjoy this music without out it being to eccentric for people.
I would recommend this CD not only to Reiki practitioner but to anyone wishing to use it for any kind of relaxation.
