The Corrs - Talk on Corners The Corrs are a band who hail from Ireland. They are made up of four siblings, Jim and his three sisters, Andrea, Sharon and Caroline. I think they have a really unique sound with beautiful beautiful voices. I would describe their music and folk based with lots of meaningful lyrics. They also have quite an Irish based sound as well, on a lot of their songs there is a background Irish rythm which is what I think makes them quite a different type of mainstream band. What I also love about them is that they all can actually play instruments and to me that is a sing of a true musician and band. They include a lot of different sounds in their songs and I really think this adds depth. For example, some of the instruments they play include the tin whistle, violin, drums, guitar and keyboard. You will TalkTalk - to their complaints department

TalkTalk HISTORY ~~~~~~~~ Aren't there a lot of reviews on TalkTalk? That is either a very good sign or a very bad one. I'll leave you to judge. I was impressed with them when they were 'got' by the BBC consumer programme 'Watchdog'. There was a long saga concerning them and the head of TalkTalk was rather impressive. In early 2006 they began offering free broadband if you signed up to a telephone calls package. They were so inundated with people signing up that they couldn't meet the demand and got a reputation for poor service and appalling customer relations. The broadband service was patchy and lots of people never managed to get online. Hundreds contacted Watchdog, who took up the cause. TALK TALK - NOT ON YOUR LIFE

Advantages: Regular monthly payment
Disadvantages: Rubbish Customer Services

I am not a customer of Talk Talk and after my experiences with them would never ever be. My parents who are 80 joined Talk Talk a few months ago, up to a month ago no problems. Then one morning there phone was dead, my mum called me from a phone box asking me to report it to Talk Talk for them. She gave me a freephone number to use, as she had been trying to get throught for ages with no joy. Finally after a 30 minute wait, I managed to get through to Talk Talk to report the fault on my parent's line. I was told I had to ring a different number as my parents line had been transferred to a different unit because they are having Broadband installed. I explained that my parents didn't have Broadband, but Customer Services were not having any of it and gave me a number beginning with 0870. I tried the 0870 number and held ...
