OK, so it's not as edgy as Winehouse's 'Frank', and lyrically doesn't match Amy's cutting, street-savvy lyrics, but her voice is quite incredible. Raspy and soulful, she's like a warm tub of honey with a twist of lemon. Vocally she sounds way beyond her years.

Advantages: great first album Disadvantages: seems a little rushed in recording it
When I bought this album I thought she was going to be a bit like Kate Nash, but she is not Adele has her own very unique style, a lot more soul and a bit jazzy at times. Adele has a unique voice as it's unlike most other recording artists, the only person that I think she sounds like is Amy Winehouse and their music styles are slightly different.
