...often hear a comparison between All Saints and the Spice Girls. While there are undeniable similarities, they are some distinct differences. As a whole, I do like the voices of Spice better, but Shaznay and Natalie have an incredible depth to their voice that is often hidden in their overdone vibrato. ...Call'. They seem to fuse all the best bits from swing, soul and disco along with a bit of R&B, they flex their vocal chords and their flawless harmonies to deliver perfect 'pop' songs. This CD shows that All Saints are a group with more going for them than some sexy moves and outfits. For a so-called girl band, All Saints are surprisingly consistent and mature. The All Saints album is a fairly good album. There are a variety of songs on the album including the part French one ‘ voulez vous couches avec moi, ce soir?’ and Booty Call. Even though it is quite an old album now it is still ‘passable’ as an album and it will get listened to fairly often. Disadvantages: Not so good at the Plymouth Pavillions

...the music. I like the all saints and i think they can sing superbly + they look stunning too, but when you pay to see a live act you would atleast expect them to sound intime with the music. Never mind i am sure it was the pavillions acoustics(which i wouldn't recommend anybody going there for a gig), but surely you cannot sound that much out of time with the music if the acoustics are bad. Saint girlies are really great singers, I personally like them although I haven't heard second album I guess that's good too. I have firts album and in fact I listened it this morning. I love singing and this album fitted perfectly my mood today. My fav songs are Heaven and Never Ever, but of course there's also more hip hop style songs in this album too. All Saints have been around sice August 1997, when they relesed their debut single "I Know Where It's At" which entered the top 10. Since then they have had hit after hit, but had a break from December 98 until March this year when they released Pure Shores which shot straight in the charts at number 1. Disadvantages: A few dodgy tracks, but nothing too horrific

I am so glad that All Saints have made their long awaited comeback, it's about time!! Although I love Pure Shores and their new album is really good, I still like the old album better. I loved We Know Where It's At, it is a really catchy, funky song and reminds me of the last time we actually had a proper summer, you know, one with some sun!! All Saints in my view a very good, and are one of the best girl bands around. Put it one way they can all sing. Better than the Spice Girls, an although they’ve had a break they’ve come back better than ever.
