Advantages: A new view of Hip Hop. Great lyrics - something different. Disadvantages: A few weak tracks.
...a story from the different angles there were to it, and has the underlying message of "don't judge a book by its cover".
Mark is at Uni and wants to make something of his life, and hopes to get a good job so he can afford a house for him and his younger brother, Billy. Their Mum died giving birth to Billy, and his dad blames him for it, and has beaten him since he was young. Billy doesn't blame his dad, and wants to get him a present, but having ...

Advantages: The beautifully weird electro provided by Dan Le Sac; Scroobius Pip's flowing poetry Disadvantages: Slightly self-righteous; occasionally the lyrics cannot be heard clearly
Angles is the opening effort from UK act Dan Le Sac VS Scroobius Pip, and it's awesome.
QUICK REVIEW - Surreal and funky electro beats laid down by Dan Le Sac, with fantastic and diverse poetry of the magnificently bearded Scroobius Pip coming over the top. The album starts with a monologue from the duo's rapper 'Scroobius Pip' (presumably recorded at the start of a gig) lamenting a lack of originality in modern music and the way it is marketed and promoted.

A Great First Album Review ofAngles - Dan Le Sac & Scroobius Pipby
Wehttamretep
Advantages: Interesting Lyrics, Good Pace Disadvantages: End of some songs such as "Rapper's Battle" , Rerecording of Thou Shalt Not Kill
This album is very good. I bought it last week and it arrived yesterday- I have been listening to it ever since. At first play I thought it wasn't going to live up to my expectations, but after I sat down to properly listen to it I found that the lyrics were inspirational and very interesting. The music is not as good as the lyrics on this CD, but the lyrics are what it is all about. The tracks are mostly brilliant with a few rerecords which don't ...
