This is one of the best soundtracks of the year. The music really captures the moment, and Aerosmith have made a good contribution to the film and to the soundtrack. Unlike their usual heavy style, Aerosmith have put together some quite romantic songs to create the near perfect soundtrack. Armageddon the album as you can probably tell from the title is the soundtrack from the movie. After watching the movie I was very impressed with all of the songs used and thought that I would treat myself to this CD when it was available. I like this CD very much. I only got it for one track (number 8, which is Jon Bonjovi), but I'm so glad that I got it. The songs on the soundtrack are really good. There are 5 songs on by Aerosmith, and some others by ZZ Top, Jon Bonjovi and other people that I have never heard of before. You will probably reconise 11 of the 14 songs on this album.
