The title is slightly misleading I'm afraid. This collection was released to cover REMs 'early career' which were originally released on IRS records before their mega bucks signing to Warner. Well what can i say about R.E.M. they are one of the all time great bands. I bet theres not many people so havn't heard either "man on the moon" or "everybody hurts". I have never seen R.E.M live, but they are near the top of my list of must see bands. With numerous anthems under their belt, there isn't much else for this band to achieve.
