Big Bang, The (Parental Advisory) [PA] - Busta Rhymes

Before this album, i couldnt really get into any of bustas old albums anywhere near what id liked to have. But this album was an instant hit with me and has high plays on my itunes! It has the "club" classics such as "touch it" and "I love my bit*h" that are catchy songs but for the slightly more commercial end of the spectrum for hip hop fans. ...the fall offs" and "dont get carried away". The latter been my favourite song on the album, it features Nas, one of the games greats and the production is by Dre, also one of the games legends! the song its catchy whilst not been commercial maintaining its "respect" so to speak with the "real" hip hop fans. Firstly, there are 15 songs on this album, so you are getting plenty of tracks for your money. However, I personally only really listen to 2. Touch It, 3. How We Do It Over Here and 10. I Love my B**** - which have either been released, or played regularly on the radio/music channels. Unfortunately there are no 'surprise tracks' - although they are by no means bad tracks, just not songs that would stand out and make you rush for the dancefloor unlike ...
...Elliott are outstanding as expected - great beats and a catchy tune. 99% of the tracks of the album feature other artists, as well as Missy there is Q-Tip, Swizz Beatz, Stevie Wonder, Rick James, Kelis (on the brilliant I Love my B**** with Will.I.Am. Unfortunately the collaboration with her husband Nas is largely disappointing.
