I was at the Milton Keynes show which has been put on DVD, and I can tell you first hand that it was the best gig I have been to in my life. A couple of months later, when i saw the DVD in a shop window, I dived in to get it. I attended the actual gig myself in Milton Keynes and it was amazing !!! There were over 65 thousand people that attended over two nights - Green Days biggest yet. I waited for this CD/DVD to come out very impatiently as I couldnt wait to reminise. Once purchased, i immediately put into my DVD player to watch. This is a documentary/ concert. In between each song, the band speak for a couple of minutes about various things relating to American Idiot. ... Read review

WOW! What a fantastic DVD/CD. This contains live Video footage and audio recordings from Green Day's inspiring gig at the Milton Keynes Bowl in 2005. Being allowed to watch Green Day do what they do best, (perform live to huge crowds of fans), again and again is definately a bargain at this price! I bought this CD/DVD combo not long ago and even the cover gave me confidence i was going to enjoy this cd and dvd. So i put the CD in my computer and the crowd and the little guitar jinks and the chanting made the hair on the beck of my neck stand up. The tracks are all recorded and are in great quality sound and somehow the songs sound just that bit better live! As usal the songs are mixed with anthems ballads and acoustic melodies. Greenday is a punk band from California, they are an original 3 piece band with a guitar, bass and drums. They do however, have other musicians for certain songs. The band members are: Billie Joe Armstrong (Guitar), Mike Dirnt (Bass) and Tré Cool (Drums). They first broke into the popular public domain in 1994 with Dookie and have been going very strong since.
