...from what I've heard, "The Cure For Bad Deeds" is light years ahead of the (admittedly) small amount I've heard from her subsequent work.
She performs verbal acrobatics on this album with vocals that cover virtually the full range from softly crooned right through to full-blown, powerful roars - and half-a-dozen different kinds in-between.
