Dawson’s creek fan? Or mellow music fan? If you’ve watched Dawson’s Creek you’ll be familiar with the sort of music played on there. My sort of music, though not everyone’s cup of tea. ...chill out to - the Dawson's Creek soundtracks are perfect. The series 1 soundtrack contains great songs from Sixpence None the Richer, Jessica Simpson and Shawn Mullins amongst 13 others. While Volume 2 is slightly longer with 19 tracks. The highlights being Evan and Jaron's "Crazy for this Girl" and Five For Fighting's popular single "Superman." i am a big fan of dawsons creek hv them all and every season cant wait 4 another soundtrack 2 come out - maybe i will be lucky and get the song on it that ive been searching 4 when joey and dawson r in the rain after he went through her journal at pacey b/p - well guess i will search 4ever - just luv these sountracks

Disadvantages: a few bland songs sneaked in

the first volume was great so i got the second one too.it has loads of tracks, with a mix of pop rock and poppy/country style.names include jessica simpson, A1 and a lot fo american artist who are very good, but not really known in England.This shouldnt put you off however, it is easy to listen to time and time again.it is not as good as the first, but it is still great, even if you are not an avid watcher of the tv show.The songs that are faster ... The dawson's Creek album is a soundtrack and a half - in many ways it is as angst ridden as the show itself - it is definitley not happy music. The songs tell the stories of the show really well and although I have not watched the show a lot I found myself relating to more than one song on the album - the selection, or rather the choice of songs to go on the album are in my opinion outstanding. The Dawson's Creek Sound track is absolutely excellent! I received it as a birthday present from a memeber of my family and it was frankly one of the best presents. I listen to it constantly wherever I am. It has a great compilation of songs, with a nice varying mixture of tracks. You do not exactly have to like watching Dawson's Creek in order to like the sound track. I am sure that this cassette or compact disc will suit everyone of whatever age's ... Read review

THIS SOUNDTRACK IS VERY TYPICAL OF THE TV SHOW DAWSONS CREEK. THE SONGS ON IT ARE VERY MEANINGFUL AND DO MAKE U THINK. IT WILL NOT REALLY CHEER U UP IF U ARE FEELING DOWN BUT IS WELL WORTH LISTENING TO ANYWAY. A FRIEND OF MINE IS A MAJOR DAWSONS CREEK FAN AND ABSOLOUTLY LOVES THE SOUNDTRACK SO I THINK THAT IF U LOVE THE SHOW THEN THE SOUNDTRACK HAS MUCH MORE MEANING. Disadvantages: One type of music - very sentimental

I am not a Dawson's Creek fan - in fact I have only seen the programme once,but a friend recommended I listen to the soundtrack. There are 16 tracks on the album, so it feels as though you get value for money, and I tend to favour the compilation because then you don't get bored of one singing voice.
